We have used Francis Rent-A-Car and have had a good experiences with them. Why aren't you renting at the airport and return the car there before you leave?

That's probably because it's spelled Jarabacoa, about a 1/2 hour southwest of La Vega.

Well, if you are dominican, you should know it's Puerto Plata, and not Puerta Plato... nice translation you've given it, from Silver Port => Door Plate:bunny:

hahaha I was just being sarcastic, the OP mispelled Jarabacoa, so I was just having fun with it, I know how to spell Puerto Plata. My friend is from Jarabacoa, but now she's making a house in "La Minita", very very humid over there.
