2 PM tomorrow (Saturday), 3 minute walk, west of the staircase that accesses the middle of the beach.

I had a chance to speak with some of the Dominican dignitaries who helped Tom get over a few humps and red tape.
A wonderful caring bunch of guys, they were.
Nice to see Gringos and Dominicans teaming up to make a good thing happen.
