Where do I pick up a guagua in Santo Domingo to go to Abanico de Constanza? Is there a tourist office in Santo Domingo that provides info on this kind of question?

The other day I took Caribe Tours Bus to Jarabacoa, then a qucik moto across from the Shell station for the gua-gua to Constanza. The guy packed the gua-gua to the limit, ie it was a small pick up truck with a small cab behind the driver seat. The driver wanted 4 people to ride in the small cab, me included. No dice, I walked away and never made it to Constanza. Good luck with your adventure. PyrateMyke.
