I will be visiting the DR from Aug 17-27 and would really really love to go to live Bachata concerts (Frank reyes, raulin, Zacarias, etc.) How would I go about finding a listing (or is there such a thing)? Or if any of you know where they will be that would be really helpful. Last year I saw Frank Reyes in Bonao and Raulin in Moca.....It was a really good time.
Also, What cities would you guys recommend for us. It is me and my cousin who are both in our 20's and we like the nightlife. We would like to spend 3 days is SD, and the rest is kind of open. We are thinking perhaps La Romana, or Sosua, and perhaps santiago.
