I will be taking my family to DR for the first time this Christmas. I wanttotake them to tour the fortaleza and ride the teleferico. I need to know the schedule for both. Does anybody have that information or know where to get it.

Info for the Teleferico...........

...........can be obtained by calling them at (809) 970-0501.

It usually runs between 8 and 5 and is closed one day per week..........We always call before going just to make sure they are open........

.....you NEVER know!

A funny thing about the POP cable car....the listed prices for foreigners and Dominicans is different. I think for foreigners the price is about double than that for locals. When I get back to the states I?ll have to try that in reverse:glasses:
