I am looking at a proposal that was sent to me,to buy a very small strip center in Charlotte NC. It's in a part of town that is going under a great deal of revitalazation(sp).
The idea is to re-build this strip center into 4-5 stores that would house a Dominican salon, a laundrymat, deli and one or two other stores catering to the Latino market.
I am doing my due deligence now and would like to hear from anyone living in the Charlotte area that would have any in-put on the subject matter. For the time being I can't be more specific as to exactly, in Charlotte, the property is located.Thanks for your comments in advance.
