N Natasha Guest May 25, 2000 #2 I've heard people call it yucca, cassava root or even manioc in English. I am sure you might be able to find it in Arizona, perhaps at a Latin grocery store. I LOVE yuca, even more than potatoes, I just dislike peeling them :-( Regards, Natasha
