Medecines available in D.R.

Can anyone tell me if spanish-manufactured medecines are available in D.R.?
I am used to buying a couple of anti-inflammatories & muscle-relaxants, produced by spanish laboratories, that are not marketed in the UK ( I have fibromyalgia, and these are the only products that seem to help ).

Don't know about those drugs specifically, but other drugs are available, and are manufactured by Laboratorios Cinfa, S.A., Navarra, ESPANA.
