Charter flights to DR from US

I am going to be in Atlanta, GA, and would like to fly to either POP or Santo Domingo. Is there any charter comanies that operate this flight near Atlanta? I am getting prices on the net of $815 (I assume this is US$), and in that case, I am probably better off flying Air TransAT out of Toronto. Thanks for your help!

You are better off flying from Toronto, most of the time
I fly with AirTransat (I'm from the states) and get a
much better deal.

There are no charter flights at this time. You will have at least two lay overs. And the price is what you quoted

try cheaptickets.com
you may be able to knock $100-$150 off that outrageous $850 flight.

Why a charter flight? American Airlines offers Atlanta/Miami/Santo Domingo for around $600 RT? Just a suggestion.
