travel agencies and visas

Hey guys
I have a question.
When these travel agencies have these tours to the Us, mexico or Europe for a week everything included. Do they take care of the visa for you ? Do u automatically get approved ?

It's your responsibility to have the right documentation such as a passport or a visa depending what your citizenship is from.

Wouldn't that be something if it was all included.

Still trying to get a visa out of the country eh? ;)
