Buying a kids bicycle in Zona Colonial

Any suggestions on where to buy a kids bicycle in Zona Colonial other than LaSirena or Plaza Lama (I guess they sell them)? I am looking for a bike with tires that never go flat.

Let's say I walk north on Durate from El Conde. I would make a left at 27. Which side of the street and about how far west.

I am looking for a bike for a 4-5 year old. Do you have any idea on the price. I think it would be a lot more work to bring one from the states.
