The two weeks surrounding Christmas and New Years are always the busiest of the year.
Even the dumpiest overpriced out of the way hotels, fill up.

sosua in october

First time travelling to sosua in the month of october. Is it as vibrant as it is during the more popular tourist months? would I need a pair of binoculars to see another human being?

Not quite.
It may not be the busiest time of the year, but there's always people in Sosua, and lots of them.
