DUN Settings Codetel

Codetel are unable to give me their DUN settings for using a cellphone as a tethered modem. I have the settings for the CDMA network (you need a data plan and feel free to pm me for the settings if required), does anyone have them for their new GSM network?

If you find out how to get this to work, please tell us all. I have asked Codetel about this several times and they say that internet access will not be working on Codetel's GSM network until "later".

This was the same story they told me 18 months ago for their CDMA network. Since they were using Verizon's US system, it was quite easy to obtain the username/password/phone combo myself. However, I have no idea whose propriety GSM system they are using.
