Does anyone know where I can exchange my pounds to pesos. Popular bank don't offer this service?

Certainly Banco de Santa Cruz in Sos?a does. Probably Banco Popular. Most major "Casas de cambio" like Marcos and VIMENCA (Western UNION) also accept UK pounds.

Banco Santa Cruz has branches in various cities and usually offers the best or close to the best exchange rates for UK Pounds, Euros & US Dollars.
