Sorry, I'm having a long day!!! I mean San Francisco. I would prefer Dominican for several reasons, one being I like Dominican spanish. I am used to Mexican spanish and they are waaaayyyyy different. I have a hard time understanding when I listen to Dominicans speak. I have to ask them to repeat. Generally that is the main reason. I am originally from southern Cali so spanish is not new to me and my daughter is half Mexican and bilingual. Up here in northern Cali spanish isn't as common and I miss it terribly.
