It's pretty simple.
The studio condo is just adequate, yet super close to everything.
The 1 bed unit is way nicer, as are the surroundings.
As the prices are so similar, it's a simple question of which is more important to you.
The practicality of being close to all the action, or the quiet luxurious condo, with some travel inconveniences.
Whichever floats your boat.
Both are good options.
