We are interested in a long term lease in PC (1 year plus) and were wondering if anyone knows of a good deal if we spent like $900-$1,200 USD per month. We are finding many vacation rentals at high prices and can not seem to find a local agent or local deal.
Although we are semi-retired, we do need high speed internet access and preferably 2 bedrooms. 3 Bedrooms would be better and as close to the beach as possible. Also we need it to be furnished.
BTW, we are a couple in our late 30's, no children interested in relocating to the DR right away.
