Hello everyone! I have a dish installed and the pay for view channels are always down. We have to waite until a some bin number is released and installed in the box so we can view most of the channels. I live pretty far and I'm getting tired of traveling across the city just to have a bin installed that takes about 15 minutes but the waite is almost a day. I was told that if I have internet I can installed the bin myself. Can anyone give me instruction on how to do? I had the technican from Digital TV in Santo Domingo( near Luperon Street) copy a file for me so I can access the bin via mail but I really do not know what to do? Can anyone help?
