When I arrived in Puerto Plata I purchased a tourist card for $10. After everyone passed through immigration they collected them back from us. Do I need the tourist card to exit the country? If so, what do I do now? Also, I've been here since Sept. 5th, so 3 months and 1 week. How much of a fine should I pay and where should I pay it?
