I have to admit that the site JCesar found is a good one. It seems the Domincans who have been drinking what we call coconut milk have been into a great food resource for all this time, and it is only now getting scientifically recognized. Seems new high tech sometimes is just catching up with primitive wisdom.

"only now getting scientifically recognized"...Arcoiris get with the times. We were drinking coconut milk 50 years ago in the US and knew it was good for us then.
