in santiago ....looking to spend 2,000,000- 2,500,000 max . it seems prices down there are negotiable depending on who you know

I wonder where it is located? KNow the address of a street or two nearby?
There are some nice apartments in the 2.3-2.5 range, 2+ BR, 3Baths, servant's quarters,,,,
I know of one that is almost like a penthouse, since it has the fourth floor and the roof....

it is around el EMbrujoII i think there website is Prados Universitarios hillbilly .I talk to a couple of realtors some say there available some say there not. I am going down there in february to some aptmts if ypu have any suggestions or places to recommend and check out let me know since you guys live down there. MY budget is 2mil but i might be able to stretch it to 2.5mil. By the pictures the community look very nice
