Intent is always paramount over semantics in a Court of Law. The message was simply an "advisory" to a person who may have chosen "watching your posts" of watching your actions on the board as a preferred phrase. "Tracking" instills fear, if a woman (or man) received a message that "you are being tracked," and the originator could be proven, a stalking indictment could be obtained in many jurisdictions. Isn't it much easier to use less verbose terminology in an effort to avoid conflict rather than raising irrelevant searches from a dictionary to make an attempt at sarcasm?
I think Roberto does very well with the English language, beside it's strange nuances you also have to take into consideration the idiosyncrasies of various legal agencies, so why not help instead of hinder?
