Dominicans will vote for Leonel because there are no viable options!
Aristy Castro and Miguel Maldonado are both one big -potentially costly and economically destructive- joke! They are the same side of the same coin!
Leonel is at a higher level compared to those two. Some say Leonel is only marginally "higher" while other claim he is on a "higher level" by a wide margin, but everyone agrees that he's on a higher level.
Dominicans already played with fire in the 2000 elections and my goodness, the burn was the most severe ever experienced!
I doubt many are willing to play with fire again, at least in the short term.
