Whoa La Duke, just my kinda question, well in my opinion, when I went to the DR, I saw plenty of good looking women in Santiago, but in saying that, I saw plenty in Puerto Plata,

wait to be honest you tell yr friends, anywhere in the DR, they will find beautiful women, it's just so difficult to miss.

Also tell them to try a place called Cabaret, it's nice over there.

Good luck, tell them guys to pack plenty of condoms, myself I didn't need them because I went part business pt vacation, and when I party I drink plent so I stayed celibate, just did a lot of lookin.
