Can anyone tell me what the route for this years carnival in Santiago will be, and which part would be the best for viewing and photographs? Am I right in assuming the start time will be about 2-3pm? We went to La Vega last year and had a great time.
I am not 100% sure but I think the big one is on the 24th of February. It was mentioned in the article in DR1 News last Monday...I think...??????????????????????????????
We are heading to Rio San Juan next weekend for a few weeks to visit family and friends and I would like to go to carnival this year - looks like we will be able to make it!! ok I will ask around once we get down there. Gracias!!
