You shouldn't take Roberto's postings so seriously!
If you knew him personally you'd see that in real life he's a nice , very sympathetic guy.
He knows and follows all the rules of sevice&tourism perfectly.
Now making a living in service&tourism means often giving right and smile to some client, knowing he's wrong.
Roberto is perfect in all this, don't worry.
However, doing this all day and the whole year through can lead to frustration.
There are certain ways to get rid of frustration and to me it looks like (unfortunately) he chose to do it writing agressiv comments which he ends with the word PEACE on this message board.
Actually, I have the impression that a lot of people do so and we all shouldn't be too concerned about this behaviour, although it may be confusing and annoying.
It might help those people and is better than taking drugs or beating up people in real life.
Simply overlook these comments smiling---or--- don't read them, he won't know!
