Currency Exchange (ECD)

Hi!! I just arrived back to sto dgo from a short vacation in st. lucia, and I have 120 ECD (eastern caribbean dollars) that I would like to exchange in to whatever possible (pesos, dollars, something I can use!). I've called western union, banco popular, skociabank etc. and no one handles this currency. does anyone have any experience with this currency or know a place I could sell it? I know it's not a lot of money, but it's something. thank you!!
