Is there a final Carnaval Parade on Sunday March 2 in Santo Domingo? I read an article this evening stating that this year Santo Domingo was doing something different by having a parade every Sunday in February instead of the final parade the first Sunday in March. It is a little late to change my flight but I sure would like to know in advance if there is indeed a parade.
