Very informative. Vaccination against Hep is a good idea anywhere.

Depending where your coming from, check with you travel health dept.. They will have a list of shot they recomend, but Hep A & B and a tetnus buster are a very good idea. My wife is a world health nurse and we have all the shoots, but we go a lot of different places most tourists don't go.
