Semana Santa emplyee pay?

Holy Week holiday is from March 16-22. Looking at the sticky in legal, "An Overview of Dominican Labor Law" by Fabio J. Guzman, I see that we pay holiday pay only from Good Friday. Correct? (Domestic help.)

Good Friday is the legal holiday although most employees are let off beginning Thursday at noon or at the end of the workday on Wednesday.
