Gym / Health Club / Fitness Center in Cabarete?

Hello all. We're moving from Sosua to Cabarete in April for at least a year. Does anyone know of any gyms in Cabarete?

About all I could find online was Hotel Alegria (which looked pretty sparse with machines and free weights) and the Wyndham Tangerine, but I'm not sure if they offer memberships to residents or only hotel guests...

Any feedback from long-term residents in Cabarete would be appreciated!
