What permits needs somebody to modify the course of a river, widening it and uprooting several old trees?

What can be done after somebody does such thing without a legal permit, being him the s?ndico of a municipality, after the thing is done?

Am I too stupid to think that the law applies to a "s?ndico" in the same way that applies to me?

Thanks in advance,
Ben

I can only think that with the change of the river that you have damage, no water or flooding, that has directly affected your property OR that you have seen old growth trees uprooted. All illegal without permits.

I would recommended that you retain, or at least consult with, the DR1 lawyer, Fabio Guzman, ASAP; or another recommended firm.

In my opinion, DR1 is NOT the place to ask for legal advise. You may get information that is very good. You may regret it. Lets' let Sr. Guzman reply.
