entry requirements with a ticket returning 6 months or longer

I am going to DR with a ticket returning in 6 months. Do I have prove how I will finance my stay at my arrival?. Such as bank statement and visa ?

If you keep your mouth closed and say nothing you will have no problem. They never look at the return ticket. If you ask they may be able to create a problem for you if you really want one.
