Can anyone post the actual address of the where the ferry is located in Santo Domingo?

Neither their web site or the many posts I searched on DR1 states just where the port is located.

I want to know so I can see on the map the distance from the various bus lines (Metro, Caribe, etc).

It's on Avenida del Puerto (continuation of the Malecon) by the Zona Colonial. The nearest intersection would be C 19 de Marzo. The Caribetours station is nearer.

I was starting to think it was a military secret!

The travel agency wanted $4,500 pesos per person to go there by their bus from Santiago.
Ha ha ha ha - no way Jose!
