One of my nephews has some "nacios" all over his bud. My mother raised him and as a child he was always covered with them. My mother was putting lemon leaf (home remedy) on all of them and when they open she put pennicilin on them.
Now as a man the problem came back. A few weeks ago all his arms were covered with these bumbs with blood and pus and he was in pain. He was sent home from his job. He went to Dermatologia in SD and was given antibiotics, no blood test and no follow up required.
Now the bumbs are on his bud. He cannot sit, drive. He is in pain. He thinks he has cancer. It seems that he gave up. He already put some small businesses that he has in his wife's name and told her I am going to die.
My questions is "What kind of doctor should he see?" Not a general doctor.
Please any suggestion? Thank you.

I wouldnt advise seeking medical advice like this on a public forum.

Let him ask his GP for a referral to a relevant specialist or go to the ER if he is that concerned.

Certainly a dermatologist and a hematologist to see whether this is a major infection such as has been discussed on this board, perhaps MRSA?
Indifferent or indiscriminant treatment with penicillin is always dangerous..

Good luck.

This is something that needs a full work-up from a team of specialists. It is a long standing disease and clearly has not been helped by the obvious or folk remedy approaches.

Good luck and please tell this man to keep pursuing answers (giving up is not the answer.)

He doesn't want to go back to the dermatologist that he recently saw and tell them that it came back and that they have to do something different?
