Can anyone tell me if there's a way of buying a DR Orange refill card from Canada? I want to recharge the account of someone I met there, I called the DR Orange and they don't speak English! Maybe someone that lives in the DR with a paypal account can buy it for me, email me the code and I will transfer the money into their paypal account in advance. I know I could just send her the money but I don't want to go that route yet. Thanks
