I just dialed 1-888-555-1212 and the recording said to replace the "888" with "881" Hope that works for you.

I think that works for all types of "toll free" numbers. Just dial the number you have and listen carefully and they will tell you what to replace the first numbers with. Or dial the 1- XXX-555-1212 which is the information number and the operator will tell you in Spanish what exchange to use. Remember, you will pay for these calls, they are not toll free.

These calls will be billed at the going international rate!
But the message will tell you what to replace the 8xx with
