locals or experienced traveler of north coast---any resorts (all inclusives) that work with outside trip lesson providers---seems that alis in cabarete what provide all access ,,but looking for all inclusive , is there a group that would pick up from those areas and take out--which ones closest in proximity to pickup (surf school) surf question,,,not wind or kite
