Casino/After One update

i got a friend here who has some questions:
so, what's new with the casino and disco ?? is the casino a part of Sosua Bay (hope that's not a dumb question but in the DR you never know) and if so is Sosua Bay offering any perks at the casino for patrons of the hotel ? is there a possibility of sosua Bay becoming girl friendly to help generate business for the hotel/casino combo.

The new casino is temporarily open in a small room in front of the Sosua Bay hotel, I was there in May and I believe there were two blackjack tables and a few slots. I suspect it was only opened to allow them to have the After One nightclub which has to be attached to a casino to get around the drinking hour regulations.

Not sure of the status of the main casino but I did notice what looked like some roof top AC units waiting to be installed.

any recent updates on the casino that is attached to After1 disco?

The last update was in june. Anyone confirm this would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Pretty sure that was what the wife and I saw when we were exploring the town one night. Would the casino you are talking about be right across the street from the After One night club? We saw a couple of card tables and I think there were some slots as well. Lots of big well dressed guys that looked like security as well.
