Length of stay in DR

A native Dominican with a green card (conditional residency) wants to return to DR.
How long can she stay before returning to the USA?

If she has temporary residency and not permanent residency she cannot leave the U.S.

Once she has permanent residency i think she can leave for 90 days per year

It is Permanent Residence ...normal green card with the 2 year interview scheduled for the future.
I was thinking she was able to stay 6 months in DR before returning. Just want to check that.

That maybe right but it is best to check with U.S. immigration because they are always changing the rules
