A Santiaguero (Baitoa) named Many Perez is shoot a film in our lovely city of Santiago.
This is an independent film that seems to be the first non comedy attempt by the Dominican Film Industry.
Manny and crew tell me that this is a cross between
City of God and Scarface....
As a place where we admire all things Dominican I as that we help this young up coming actor promote his new feature.
Production Start Tomorrow in Santiago...please visit the set in
Baito and encourage this actors to keep our local film industry triving...
The movie will be 80% in Dr and 20 in NYC....
they will be here for 5 weeks. so we all have time to help....
