I am flying in for Carnival as well. Carnival is the last week in February. February 21-28, 2000. Enjoy!!!!

True but I believe that for some reason the big celebration in SD was actually the first week in march?

The parade is on 2/27/00 this year. Always at the end of the February, and I am sure that there will be a lot of activities leading up to that time.
