Chevron Caribbean is looking for a person to supervise Customer Service Centers in the DR, Jamaica and Guyana. Key job responsibilities would be to implement policies and procedures for ordering, invoicing and delivery of all products. To ensure the delivery of consistent superior service to the customers in handling customers' transactions, requests, inquiries and complaints. To supervise and coach Customer Service Representatives and manage individual and team performance. Requirements are: bachelor's degree in business/marketing or similar area. 3-5 years in customer service-related field. Supervisory experience. Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
