An EXCELLENT story.

To spend 4 minutes helping someone without saying anything or looking for reward is a marvellous experience. It shows that IMAGINATION & THOUGHT are as important (if not more so) than actual financial input. ~ Grahame.

It's not what you say it's how you say it. Also some view the glass as half full whilst some view it as half empty. I'm a half full kinda guy.

When the police stop me it isn't a bribe - it's a welfare payment ....... well the tax burden here IS very low ;-)
