Does anyone know why the super luxury Palmera project near Cabarete East has stopped? For the last month there has been no activity and no one at the project management trailers on site.
Nothing happened, they are selling units to my knowledge. They likely won't go vertical until at least 50% of the project is sold. Slick website, I agree.
