Obtaining visas for other countries in the DR

im planning a world trip!

can anyone recommend a north coast travel agency? (english speaking!)
Ill probably need to obtain the visas for countries visited on my trip from them! I'm wondering how reliable these dominican travel agencies might be with respect to looking after my passport and returning it safely to me

First of all, for what country do you hold a passport for?

Second, why in the world would a travel agent keep your passport? Travel agents to not get visas for people. Depending what country you are a citizen of and where you are going you might not need visas so if you post the answers to these questions we can help you out.
