lets chill - vamos a descansar
im here just chillin - estoy aqui descansando
what you been up to? - en que has estado?
hey beautiful come over here - ey preciosa, ven aca
do you know how to dance? - sabes bailar?
where are you going? - donde vas?
are you dominican? - eres dominicano(a)?
im going over my cousins house later - voy a la casa de mi primo(a) luego
do you know her - la conoces?
police was chasin me - la policia me estaba persiguiendo
are you going to class - estas yendo a clase?

Urban street slang-

where are you going? - donde vas?

For where are you going? it should be ?Ad?nde vas? - Just wondering if you have ever heard ?d?nde vas?- I would be surprised if you did.

D?nde = where
Ad?nde = where (to) to show movement

A common error heard by many Spanish speakers is the the usage of Ad?nde when there's no movement. For example, I always hear phrases like ?Ad?nde est? mi libro? instead of ?d?nde est? mi libro? or ?Ad?nde est? Juan? instead the correct form ?D?nde est? Juan? This crosses all boundaries poor speakers and those who speak well alike.

Here's an excerpt from the dictionary:

ad?nde
adv. interrog. l. A qu? lugar. En forma directa: ?ad?nde vais? En forma indirecta: decidnos ad?nde vais. Es incorrecto escribirlo separado: a d?nde

d?nde adv. interrog. Equivale a preguntar por el lugar en el que se lleva a cabo una acci?n, o en el que est? algo o alguien: ?d?nde dejaste la chaqueta?

im here just chillin - estoy aqui descansando

Depending on how urban you are chileando has developed from the surge of reggaet?n in PR and is heard in NYC among Puerto Ricans and Dominicans.

-Estoy chileando- this is a prime example of modern day Spanish and the urban street slang of our age (time). You will simply hear aqu? chileando

Yes, I have heard it. And yes, the correct expression would be "ad?nde"

We don't use chilieando in the DR, therefore I like to avoid things that may not be understood. We might use hangeando here though (hanging out), but again it might not be understood in other places. Thus, I prefer to use a more conservative word.

que lo que e'

the OP was obviously looking for "dominican slang" not the Spanish Dictionary definition. Dominicans don't say everything properly and if you want to fit in a little, you should do as dominicans do. But, I don't think the OP was looking to become a Spanish teacher.

Is proper English too much to ask for?

I say DR1 implement a writing test in order to post. If you can't spell the word "the" correctly you will not be allowed to post.
