A tennant whereIi live just backed in to my parked scooter and does not want to pay for the extensive damages.

We both do not have DR residency. Do I have any recourse legally?

Should I even bother to file a police report?

Forget the cops, revenge is best served cold, if you get my drift.

File a police report, giving the full details of the vehicle that did the damage (Plate number, make and model of the car, and the name of the driver, if you know it!!)

Let them see the damage that was done. Get some estimates for repairs. Tell the dumb shyte what you are doing and let him worry about it...
