can I get a dominican passport ?

Hey, I just got my dominican cedula, is it possible for me to get a dominican passport ?

Well anyways, I wanted to see because, even though I have an american visa on my haitian passport, I?ve noticed that if u have a dominican passport it?s easier to visit Latin America, and i?d like to visit these countries (brazil, chili, peru etc...)
