Have you considered out sourcing your accounting?

Having a local company assign you someone that takes care of all the paper work, tax, filing, expenses, tax problems can sometimes be a life saver and often cheaper than a full time "real" accountant, plus you avoid all the "employee" issues. Especially when that company is used to dealing with foreign businesses, dual currency systems, fully bilingual staff and knows everyone at the DGII etc etc ;)

We already engage an accounting firm to assist us with our taxation issues, etc. We will be employing 100+ people by the end of next year and require in-house accounting professionals to manage the day to day accounting.

Thank you for your suggestion
